Jesse Anderson, an Associate, is a member of the Business & Tax practice group. His practice focuses in the area of corporations, limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and tax.
Jesse received his law degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in May 2011. While in law school, he served as Business Editor of the Wake Forest Law Review and as a teaching assistant in the areas of legal writing and appellate advocacy. Jesse also was an active member of the Moot Court Board. Prior to law school, Jesse graduated magna cum laude from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Business Finance and a minor in Political Science, and he served as Vice-President of Anderson Landscaping & Maintenance, Inc., where he gained invaluable experience as a small business owner.
Jesse is admitted to practice law in North Carolina, and he is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Greensboro Bar Association.
