Linda Baugher, an Associate, is a member of the Business & Tax and Wealth Management practice groups. Her practice focuses in the areas of estate planning, tax, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and mergers and acquisitions.
Linda received her law degree from Wake Forest University in 2007, where she was a recipient of the John Thomas Byrum Scholarship and served on the Editorial Staff of the Wake Forest University Intellectual Property Law Journal.
Prior to law school, Linda received a B.S. in Analytical Finance, cum laude, from Wake Forest University, where she was a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and Golden Key National Honour Society. Linda also received a M.S. in Accountancy from Wake Forest University, where she was a recipient of the R. Stanley Vaughan/PricewaterhouseCoopers Endowed Scholarship and held the position of a Graduate Research Assistant.
Linda is admitted to practice law in North Carolina. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Greensboro Bar Association. She serves on the Board of the Greensboro Bar Association Young Lawyers Section. She is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
