Natalie Crenshaw, an Associate, is a member of the Business & Tax practice group. Her practice focuses in the area of corporations, limited liability companies, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and tax. She advises clients on entity formation, the purchase and sale of businesses, and general contract matters.
Natalie, a native of Harrisburg, North Carolina, received her law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2006, where she was a senior staff member of the Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. Natalie graduated magna cum laude from UNC Charlotte with a B.S in Finance and a B.A. in Political Science. Natalie is admitted to practice law in North Carolina.
