Nathan Duggins, a Director of the Firm, has experience in a wide range of employment matters, including federal and state employment law compliance, hiring practices, termination procedures, and all forms of employee-related litigation. Nathan has successfully litigated Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, and workplace retaliation claims, as well as employee contract claims related to covenants not to compete and other restraints upon employee behavior.
In addition to his employment law practice, Nathan represents clients in litigation matters involving construction, complex business disputes, and real estate.
Nathan is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts of North Carolina as well as the Fourth, Sixth and Eleventh Circuit Courts of Appeal.
Nathan received his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1995, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1991.
