Jeff Dunham a Principal of The Firm, specializes in representation of business clients in all facets of commercial real estate transactions. He regularly represents purchasers, sellers and lenders in multimillion-dollar commercial projects including shopping centers, hotels, retail sites, and office buildings; commercial landlords and tenants in all areas of lease preparation, revisions and negotiation; residential and commercial builders in all legal aspects of acquisition, planning and development of real estate projects. He represents lenders in document preparation, loan closings, modifications and foreclosures.
As well as representing his clients, Jeff has spoken at numerous seminars on document drafting, real property title problems, and title insurance.
Jeff is a Board Certified Specialist in Real Estate Transactions: Business, Commercial and Industrial Transactions and Residential Transactions by the North Carolina State Bar and is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the North Carolina Bar Association (Real Property Section) American Bar Association, North Carolina State Bar Real Property Specialization Committee and North Carolina Land Title Association. He is active in the area’s commercial real estate community through membership in the Triad Chapter of National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAOIP). He received a B.A. from Wake Forest University in 1982 and received his law degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law in 1985. |
