Alan Felts, an Associate, is a member of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation practice group. His practice focuses on litigating and resolving commercial and general business disputes.
Alan received his law degree in May 2011 from Wake Forest University School of Law. While in law school, he served as a staff member and as an Articles Editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law. Additionally, Alan has received Cali Awards for Excellence in Criminal Law and Trade Secrets and Unfair Competition.
Prior to law school, Alan graduated magna cum laude in 2008 from Clemson University with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering.
Alan is licensed to practice law before the North Carolina State Courts and the United States District Court for the Middle District of North Carolina. Alan is a member of the American Bar Association, the North Carolina Bar Association, and the Greensboro Bar Association.
