Denis Jacobson, a Director of the Firm, is Chairman of the Dispute Resolution & Litigation practice group. He has extensive experience trying cases in both state and federal court, including several AIR 21 matters.
Denis specializes in complex business and employment law, working with clients to ensure compliance with all aspects of state and federal employment law, including Title VII, FMLA, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, and AIR 21. In addition, he has substantial experience drafting and revising employee handbooks, and non-competition, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.
Denis received his law degree from Wake Forest University in 1986. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1980.
