Our attorneys have extensive experience in negotiating commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Our firm maintains a substantial construction law practice and has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers in a broad range of construction matters ranging from the preparation or review of contract documents to contract negotiations.
