The Tuggle Duggins Employment Law group works with employers to provide advice, training, and litigation services in employment matters. Our attorneys are experienced in drafting and editing employment manuals, employee policies, employment contracts, non-competition agreements, EEOC responses, and DOL responses. We design and conduct employee education and awareness programs in a broad range of employment areas, including hiring, evaluation, termination, harassment, and discrimination. We also represent businesses in state court, federal court, and before administrative agencies. Our practice includes Title VII, ERISA, ADEA, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, § 1981, § 1983, and AIR 21 proceedings.
