Jordan Hilton, a Greensboro native, focuses his practice on complex business matters, including issues of corporate governance and officer and director liability. He joined Tuggle Duggins after a one-year clerkship for Chief Judge James L. Gale of the North Carolina Business Court.
Before his clerkship, Jordan earned his law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law, where he was a comments editor on the North Carolina Law Review and the only student in his class with multiple pieces selected for publication in that journal. Jordan earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Brigham Young University.
Outside of the Office
Outside of the office, Jordan enjoys long-distance running, watching UNC basketball, and traveling with his wife.
