Tuggle Duggins is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys were selected by their peers to be listed in Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite for 2012. Kenneth M. Johnson was selected for Employment, H. Vaughn Ramsey was selected for Business, Jeffery S. Southerland was selected for Young Guns/Best under 40 and Richard J. Tuggle was selected for Tax and Estate Planning.
Since 2002, Business North Carolina magazine has honored North Carolina’s top lawyers in fourteen business-related categories, as chosen by their peers. This year, only three percent of the state’s attorneys were chosen, based on surveys sent to all active members of the N.C. State Bar. Voting attorneys could not select themselves, and they could only vote for members of their own firms if they also picked out-of-firm lawyers in the same categories. Out-of –firm votes were weighted more heavily.
