Tuggle Duggins also represents borrowers and lenders in loan closings and all aspects of real estate commercial financing.  We advise our clients on advantageous loan structures and complex loan documentation, as well as  the creation and perfection of security interests in personal property and real estate collateral.  We also search titles, provide opinions on title and obtain title insurance as needed by our clients and their lenders. Our attorneys have extensive experience in negotiating complex commercial leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.

Our firm maintains a substantial construction law practice and has represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers in a broad range of construction matters ranging from the preparation or review of contract documents to contract negotiations.  Our attorneys are experienced in handling disputes involving construction defects, differing site conditions, defective plans and specifications, delays and disruptions.
