Michael J. Wenig & H. Vaughn Ramsey presented a Federal and State Tax Update at the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants Business & Industry Spring Conference held at the Grandover Resort in Greensboro, N.C.   Approximately 500 participants made up of CEOs, CFOs, COOs, controllers and internal auditors attended the 3 day conference held May 22 – 24, 2013.

Mike, a director of Tuggle Duggins P.A., has over twenty-five years of experience counseling closely held business clients on a variety of issues.  He is also a certified public accountant and has extensive experience representing individual and corporate taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service, state revenue departments, and in various courts.

Vaughn, a director of Tuggle Duggins P.A., has over twenty-five years experience in general business representation, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and taxation.  He advises clients on a broad spectrum of business transactions, including taxable and non-taxable business sales and acquisitions, entity formation, private placements, joint ventures, general contract matters, and related transactions.
