Jason B. Sparrow
Jason provides personal and practical solutions to his clients in all areas of his practice. His attentive approach allows him to have a comprehensive understanding of his clients’ goals in commercial real estate and corporate transactions as well as estate planning. Personal, long-lasting relationships are the key to Jason’s ability to provide valuable advice and desired results for both simple and complex transactions. Jason’s practice has focused on real estate transactions for over 20 years, and he eagerly tackles all transactions from simple to complex commercial real estate purchases as well as leases for developers and family-owned real estate businesses. He understands the intricacies of such transactions and is intentional about providing timely, cost-effective advice.
Jason also provides his business clients with practical solutions to their legal needs. He regularly advises his clients on matters such as formation of LLCs and corporations, corporate planning, purchase and sale agreements, franchise agreement negotiations, as well as business transactions and succession planning.
Recent Representative Matters
- Represented a client in the purchase and sale of small box retailers in multiple locations including financing and refinancing of the associated properties.
- Completed 1031 tax deferred exchange with multiple properties on both front and back ends of transaction.
- Assisted the client in establishing a 501(c)(3) private foundation and continues to represent the foundation in multiple matters.
Outside of the Office
Jason enjoys staying active, whether it be by playing golf, fly fishing, kayaking or skiing. He also enjoys watching a good movie. Jason savors life with his family and friends.
