
Our Zoning and Land Use Regulation Group focuses on re-zoning and zoning compliance, special and conditional use permits, variances, condemnations, eminent domain, and lobbying and consulting services.
Our practice encompasses all aspects of the permitting, development, and construction of large-scale master-planned communities, hotels, office buildings, and construction facilities. Our attorneys guide a development project through the review process from initial meetings with government officials to final permitting and approval. In addition, we advise clients regarding comprehensive plan amendments, re-zonings, annexation agreements, planned development ordinances, variances, special use permits, and redevelopment agreements.
We have extensive experience in the solar industry assisting clients from title examination and title insurance through permitting and governmental approvals. Our representation includes appearing on behalf of clients before boards of adjustment, planning boards, zoning commissions, and in other administrative hearings and appeals. We have a broad base of experience with general and specific plans, development agreements, subdivision approvals, infrastructure finance and development, and other laws affecting the use and development of real property.
